About Carol

My interest in this approach began during my own treatment for cancer. This interest has grown over the years, as I have seen and experienced the effectiveness of biokinesiology.

Biokinesiology studies and qualifications

I have since received a diploma in biokinesiology from The Biokinesiology Association of Ireland and I am a member of the association.

My biokinesiology studies included a focus on:

  • anatomy and physiology

  • diet and nutrition

  • exercise and injury

  • emotional health and wellbeing

  • homeopathy

  • energy healing

In addition to my studies, I have read extensively about alternative and holistic treatments and attended numerous workshops. I am constantly working on my continuous professional development.

My previous background is in the food industry. Through this, I developed an interest in diet and nutrition. This has enabled me to investigate further the complex requirements of the body - not just eating a good diet, but also food absorption and the requirement of a good microbiome.

I take a pragmatic approach to the therapy. I see it as something that does not need to replace medical or clinical interventions. I see it as something that can work alongside them as a route to a more holistic approach to your quality of life.
